I absolutely love this DVD and have watched it several times compared to once of pretty much all the others. This is the London performance of the "Brutal Planet" tour in February of 2000. When contrasted to "Welcome To My Nightmare" it's obviously a grown up version of the dude in the red long underwear from 1975, but, the theatrics are still there and the band backing Alice Cooper are just AWESOME musicians and vocalists. This concert is back to the very edgy, heavy rock that Alice Cooper was famous for in the first place. It's also a complete Theatrical SHOW, as well as a concert. In comparison to most of these music videos I have, that makes one hell of difference. Alice Cooper is an even more imposing figure these days, having traded his gender bending costume for the S&M leather look. He's aged well and looks the part more today than 25 yrs. ago. Still able to sing with the best of them, this is just one extra cool video.

In addition to songs from "Brutal Planet," pretty much all of the hits from over the years are featured here as well ("I'm Eighteen," "No More Mr. Nice Guy," "Dead Babies," "Under My Wheels," "School's Out," "Billion Dollar Babies," etc.). Some are interspersed in the "Show," with the others performed at the end as Encores. I can't stress enough how much fun it is to watch this video, and the band (Pete Friesen on guitar - from "The Almighty" and "Wayne's World"; Greg Smith on bass - from "Exit 34" in NJ and "Wayne's World"; Eric Singer on drums - this dude is probably the best drummer I've ever heard/seen!; Teddy Zigzag on keyboards - from Guns 'n Roses; last, but certainly not least, one of the most energetic lead guitarists around, Ryan Roxie - from "______ Hollywood") are worth the price of the video alone. The only Special Feature on the DVD is a MRV type music video of "Gimme" from "Brutal Planet" that's really cool. It may be on the VHS as well, but I'm not sure.
