Title: Woman Wisdom
Label: New World Music
Mythical, soothing, relaxing, and serene. These are words that come to mind when I listened to "Woman Wisdom". Every song takes you on an empowering journey through your subconscious where your soul is cleansed by the beautiful waterfalls of tranquility. I have never heard a more peaceful album in my life. The tracks were magnificently written and presented in the most calm and composed manner I've ever heard. This album makes you aware of everything around and helps you see life in anew light. The tracks are deep and meaningful while the singing itself is song yet powerful. This is definitely the beginning of something big.

Every track on this album has the ability to set your imagination free and let your mind wonder. They're almost like lullabies for the soul. "Woman Wisdom" speaks of having the strength and vigilance from inside known as woman wisdom to be able to prevail and pull through any obstacle. A truly self-empowering track with the ability to change lives. While "Guardian Angel", the best song on the entire album, is more of a dedication. A soothing and compassionate song about a mother being there for her child no matter what the future may hold. Giving the album, as a whole, a more realistic feel.

While the previous tracks may be the best, the rest of them aren't to be down sized. Each song pulls its weight and has its purpose and all of which is presented in the album. Although all the tracks were extraordinary, a few tracks didn't work as well as the others. "Sacred Lake" and "Mermaids" were good attempts but proved to be a little less successful as the rest of the songs. They were long and somewhat drawn out. And in the case of the first one, the song began to get a little annoying after awhile. The quality and meaningfulness of the songs still remain in good standing but the songs length and content need worn. While these two tracks proved to be too long, "Lapis Heart" was just the opposite. It was a short and subtle song, a little too short though. But all in all, it was okay. Nothing good, nothing extremely bad, just okay.

I always knew that words were powerful but this album just proves how important and powerful they are. Nothing is ever taken for granted in music. You use what you have. And what Juliana has is the ability to touch people through music. This is a gift that not many musicians posses. Juliana gives music a life of its own and this album is the perfect example. "Woman Wisdom" has the potential of greatness and that's definitely in the direction it's headed.
