Hailing from Lousiville, KY, Flaw is a no-nonsense band who knows exactly what they want. After several years of lineup switches, the current lineup has come together to create their latest release, "Through the Eyes." The heartfelt songs on this album are sure to move its listeners. Dynamic songs exhibit singer Chris Volz's wide range of heart wrenching yelling and wonderfully melodic singing.

Produced by David Bottrill (Peter Gabriel, Tool), Flaw's discernable Tool influences stray from the typical Tool copy-cat band to a definite sound of their own. Well arranged, emotional songs like "Whole" were obviously approached from a different mindset than the hard-hitting opening track "Only the Strong." Songs like "Amendment" "Reliance" are sure to be fan favorites. Their harmonious vocal elements and grinding riffs are sure to whip any crowd into a frenzy.

This album is definitely a big step in Flaw's career. In short, check these guys out. Their album is great, their live shows are sure to be entertaining, their future is promising.
