From the label that brought us Veruca Salt is born "The Twelve Caesars," a sixties garage punk meets nineties Brit Pop band. The combination calls on images of Chicago power pop glam/a la Material Issue.

Caesar Vidal (vocals), Joakim Ahlumd (guitars) and David Linquist (Bass), churn out fever pitched tunes landing somewhere between love songs and tongue- in-cheek power pop tunes. Tracks like "You're My Favorite" and "Optic Nerve" shine out off the track list. "She's A Planet" is a personal favorite.

This one is worth picking up. You won't be sorry.
