Throw Dr. Seuss, Led Zeppelin, and writer Philip Roth into the melting pot, bring to a boil, stir thoroughly and what do you get? If you ask these Brooklyn natives, proudly donning their first full length release, you get "Fake Brain."

So, what exactly can one expect from "So Glad You Came?" Guitar driven tongue and cheek rock a la Weezer at times, melodic, flowing, scenic tunes from the Camper Von Beethoven side of the spectrum at other times, and the humorous personality of a "Too Much Joy" or an "Offspring" most of the time. What it all boils down to is perhaps one of the best alternative records to come down the pipe in quite a while.

Tracks like "Up On Two Wheels," "Your Drunk Wife" and "He's a Mess" ("He's a Mess and it's your saliva that made him that way" - oh how I love that line), are so characteristic of this record. However, you would be hard pressed to find a bad track here, so you should definitely check it out!
