I've got Pet SeaMonkeys and they are the coolest. Penny's got a Pet Dragonfly and they are pretty cool too. My SeaMonkeys swirl around in a small glass ecosphere. Penny's Pet Dragonfly swirls around in their own alterna-ecosphere of sweet guitar lines and cooing vocals (gotta give up some Smashing Pumpkins influence in sometimes hard not to notice flashes).

Drifting progressions and sassy guitars give a small Swervedriver taste (see the track, "Dazzled") while much floats along its own distraction in warm guitars and unhurried ideas. Often lullaby sweet with a slow ride, be prepared for a pleasant drowsy effect. The appeal is somewhat singular as the formula is repeated from song to song -- thankfully, the formula isn't too dry, just somewhat sleep-inducing. Very calming, like watching SeaMonkeys. The Tylenol PM of sweet alterna-bliss.
