A call to arms, the metal crusade begins again! In the finest NWOBHM tradition, this power-driven four-piece, who is not English by the way but Australian, believe it or not, "Pegazus" could well earn top honors as one of the best new metal bands to hit the scene.

Formed during a time when triumph gave way to tragedy for anyone with even the slightest thoughts of studs and leather, "Pegazus" soared on the scene with "Wings Of Destiny," blending tight-fisted rhythms, solid song structures, majestic vocals with melodic overtones over a mythological backdrop that continues on here with the masterful "Breaking The Chains."

"Metal Forever" tells the opening tale and is proof positive that they're willing to take a backseat to absolutely no one where tradition's concerned. Explore wholesome subject matter along the way, where tales of glory and conquest, fighting the good fight as it were, lead us all on a course through a history being rewritten all over again.

Of particular interest will be the bonus cut that was scheduled to appear on a since scrapped Helloween tribute, "A Little Time," originally from the famed "Keepers Of The Seven Keys" album and given a distinctive once over here. If only to single out one key element on this stunning new release, the title track, "Breaking The Chains," and "breaking the rules" along the way, embraces the true character of "Pegazus." Their identity, and the true metal spirit that burns inside and out, spark their flight into the future.
