Ah yes, give me something wild - wild and wonderful! How 'bout a little taste of purgatory to boot! This latest foray from the West Virginian mudslingers is an hour-long jam session that creeps up and bites you firmly on the ass. I don't know whether that's in fact the "karma" they're burning off here, but they're sure as hell giving the studio amps a workout!

Laziness might be a good way to describe their approach to anything but playing gut-wrenching heavy music that just about defies any and all rules of conduct. The unabashed trio lets their fingers do the talking on this vocal-less and trackless romp, sloppily digging in with a firm grip on the guitar necks and squeezing every last ounce of breath out of the poor bastards until you and they both suffer exhaustion.

But wait, there's more, in the form of four previously released tunes only available on their 10" EP, "Wild, Wonderful & Apocalyptic! So suck it up friend! Letting it all hang loose in an uncomfortable display of stomp-rock and bone-crunching groove, they won't endear themselves to those conscientious, God-fearing folks we've come to admire so much anytime soon - not to mention their local financial institutions!
